Role in the Project
BTH provides a prominent teaching and learning environment and opportunities to students who choose to come for their studies to Sweden. The institute has strong relationships with many Swedish software companies that guarantee opportunities to deal with industry's real problems. The courses provide a broad basis and cover several advanced topics, which the software engineering industry currently requires. The study material is designed to present a blend of state-of-practice and state-of-the-art. The programme has strong ties to the Software Engineering research group, one of the highly ranked research groups in the world in the subject, and provides many opportunities for students interested in research. As a result, many master theses are developed in close collaboration with industry and the results are published in international research conferences and journals.
